Commission Fees, effective from April 1st 2017

10% inclusive VAT
Net seller price
Sale of apartment or villa
6% inclusive VAT
Net seller price
Sale of a business
10% inclusive VAT
All amounts include VAT at the current rate of 20%
Commission fees are payable by either the seller or the buyer, depending on the terms of the signed mandate.
Commission fees are immediately due on the day the sale is officially completed and recorded in a single written document that contains the agreement of both parties.
Commission fees are included in the advertised sale price.
